Settings
The settings page contains general information related to your MHMS account.
Name / Surname: This should be the forename and surname of the user opening the account.
Username: This will be a unique name to identify your account. It can only contain alphanumeric characters.
New Password: If you would like to change your password then enter it here.
Email Address: A contact email address for the account.
Other Contact: If you would like to leave any other methods to get in touch, please do so here.
